Good vs. Perfect: Gita’s Wisdom on Guilt-Free Parenting
Are you drowning in parenting guilt? The tantrums, screen-time battles, and “I should’ve done better” moments pile up fast. In today’s hyper-connected world, the pressure to be a perfect parent is relentless. But what if good is enough?
Enter the Bhagavad Gita, a 5,000+-year-old guide that’s surprisingly spot-on for modern parenting. When Arjuna froze on the battlefield, overwhelmed by doubt, Krishna didn’t demand flawless victory—he taught to focus on duty, not results. “You have a right to action,” the Gita says, “but not its fruits”. Translation for parents? Show up with love, set the boundaries, plant the seeds—then let go of the guilt over outcomes you can’t control.
