Hindu Dharma: Exploring Through Stories (Ages 10+)

Join us for an engaging online camp hosted by the Hindu Parents Network, where youth (ages 10+) will explore the core principles of Hindu Dharma in a fun, interactive virtual environment. Through storytelling, games, and group activities, participants will learn four timeless Hindu principles and their practical applications in daily life.

This camp is specifically designed for kids who have little or no background in Hindu Dharma. Whether they are new to the teachings or looking to deepen their understanding, this camp offers an accessible, enjoyable way to learn about core Hindu Dharma in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Camp Highlights

  1. 16+ Inspiring Stories
Each day, we’ll explore four stories from Hindu texts, all focusing on a specific Hindu principle. This way, over the course of the five-day camp, we will cover the four core Hindu principles and discuss how they can be applied in our daily lives.
  2. Interactive Online Games
At the end of each session, participants will join in fun, interactive Kahoot! based on the day’s learning. This game will create a lively and competitive environment while reinforcing the lessons learned in each session.
  3. Group Discussions and Reflection
After every story, there will be a virtual discussion where participants share their thoughts, reflections, and insights. This will help them understand how these ancient values can be applied to their own lives, promoting deeper personal growth.
  4. Sharing Circle
At the end of each session, time permitting, participants can share their favorite stories or personal experiences in a relaxed, online campfire setting. This provides an opportunity for connection, reflection, and learning from each other in a supportive environment.
