About Our Guest: Dr. Darshan Thakkar
Dr. Darshan Thakkar is an experienced educator, legal expert, and community leader with 20 years in the education sector.He currently serves as the Superintendent of Lawrence Family Development Charter School (lfdcs.org), bringing a unique blend of academic and legal expertise to his role. Holding a PhD in Education and a J.D. in Law, Dr. Thakkar previously worked as an attorney specializing in K-12 legal compliance and taught education law at the university level. He has been deeply involved in the Hindu community and serves on the Board of Advisors for Aum School (aum.school). His expertise in education policy, curriculum development, and legal frameworks makes him a valuable resource for parents navigating challenges within the school system.
