The book brings to young readers the life and times of one of India’s greatest emperors, Krishna Deva Raya, and his glittering 16th century empire, Vijayanagara or the ‘City of Victory’ that is today’s Hampi, in Karnataka. The book is lavishly illustrated with digital art inspired by traditional Lepakshi paintings.
