Sita Ram Goel (1921–2003) was a prominent Indian historian, writer, and publisher known for his bold critiques of Marxist and colonial narratives of Indian history. A strong advocate for civilizational clarity, Goel wrote extensively on the distortion of Hindu history, and the impact of Islamic invasions. His notable works include “Hindu Temples: What Happened to Them”, “The Story of Islamic Imperialism in India”, and “History of Hindu-Christian Encounters”. Through his publishing house, Voice of India, he provided a platform for alternative historical perspectives rooted in Indic traditions. Goel’s work continues to influence scholars and activists who seek a decolonized and Dharmic understanding of India’s past.
